The state ticket office only sells tickets to federal venues: Akademietheater, Burgtheater, Staatsoper and Volksoper. No commission is charged. Staatsoper tickets are available here two months prior to the performance date. Tickets can also be booked online or by phone. The Info unter den Arkaden branch is located on the Kärntner Strasse side of the Staatsoper.
