Certainly the most unique food on the Mall, Mitsitam introduces visitors to the Native American cuisine of five different regions, including the Northwest coast (think cedar-planked wild salmon), Great Plains (buffalo chili) and northern woodlands (maple-brined turkey and wild rice). There are also fast-food staples including tacos, totopos (corn tortilla chips) and buffalo and elk burgers. It's a cafeteria-style set-up.
