The tapas thing has been done to death, but star chef José Andrés helped start the trend in DC, and still serves some of the best Spanish cuisine in town. The interior is an Iberian pastiche of explosive color and vintage mural-dom. Garlicky shrimps, beet salad with pistachios and housemade pork sausage with white beans are favorites in the lineup.
