Under the watch of the talented folk behind popular restaurant Cerveceria San Fernández next door, and Dry Martini in L'Eixample, red-dressed, stylishly updated Gimlet is one of Barcelona's oldest cocktail bars. Dry martinis and, of course, gimlets are the signature drinks. There are also cocktail-making workshops.
