Occupying the northern end of the painting-covered pavilion that's home to the Museum on the Vistula, Powidoki has an enviable terrace with a view across the river. Inside, the installation by Alicja Bielawksa of a slinky wave of multicoloured fabric hanging from the ceiling adds an arty vibe to the already cool bistro-bar.
