Kaohsiung

A once-flourishing wedding shop has been turned by the owners' grandson into a quirky hostel that won an architectural award for its restoration. The fitting room, tailoring shop and living quarters are now guest rooms. The deluxe suite, called 'Grandma's Home', features the bar where the owners used to entertain their guests and the matrimonial bed.

The rooms are available for monthly rental. For details and other offers, please contact the hostel.
