Three Sixty

Doha

This posh and novel restaurant on the 47th floor of the iconic Torch building slowly rotates a full 360 degrees during a meal, offering a different perspective with every bite. Pricey but satisfying dishes include a seafood extravaganza – with Omani lobster, hammour, scallops and prawns – and slow-cooked venison with caramelised vegetables. Bookings are advisable.

Diners sit in a narrow, brown-and-beige circular corridor, but forget the decor – the floor-to-ceiling windows offer staggering views of Qatar.
