Once Ostend's fanciest affair, the beautiful, beachfront Thermae Palace is ageing gracefully, but is no longer the best luxury accommodation on the increasingly popular Belgian Coast. That said, it retains appeal for history-lovers and folks seeking that old-school Euro-beach-resort vibe. It's a very photogenic place.
