The low-key, pagoda-like beachfront bar at the swanky Surin Phuket has a glorious setting, perched on white sands at the southern end of beautiful Hat Pansea. It’s a dreamy spot for sunset, when lanterns are lit and the horizon blazes in pinks and oranges. Cocktails (180B to 250B) are cheerfully tropical, and there are pre- and post-dinner happy hours.
