Tucked into the jungle in the southern reaches of Caye Caulker, this delicious artsy little bistro is a local favorite thanks to head chef Frédéric Grandchamp's winning concept. Basically, he asks customers what they want, then finds a way to serve it (hence the restaurant's name). Certain menu items, such as rotisserie chicken, paella crevette and schnitzel, tend to recur.
