Kaunispään Huippu

Saariselkä

Inside this timber-lined shop, beautifully displayed traditional arts and crafts include jewellery made from gold, silver and local gemstones (Lemmenjoki garnet, Luumäki beryl, Luosto amethyst), knives handmade from Finnish steel, and hand-stitched clothing. There's also Sámi literature and local specialities such as crowberry juice, cloudberry sweets and tar liquorice.

Its restaurant is worth visiting in its own right.
