Classy, yet far from stuffy despite all the chandeliers, the charming Bandholm Hotel's à la carte options include traditional Lolland pork neck with juniper and bacon, organic salmon, local tapas and a daily vegetarian option. There's an outstanding wine selection, local Krenkerup beer on tap (55kr) and, from early June, a little ice-cream stand operates. The location is ideal for those exiting the nearby Knuthenborg Safari Park or stepping off the Museumsbanen railway.
