Breckenridge Distillery

Billed as the world's highest distillery, this place is worth visiting for a tour (half-hourly, 11am to 5:30pm) and 'tastings for tips' – their specialty is bourbon, but they also infuse vodka and rum and blend a mean bitter. If you don't want to drive out to Airport Rd, there's also a small tasting room in town.
