When Tuscany's meaty fare tires, make a beeline for this crisp-cut, contemporary space with huge windows overlooking the street and the finest bowls of steaming ramen (Japanese wheat noodles with meat, veg or tofu; €6 to €16), kaukuni buns (steamed bread rolls filled with braised pork belly, mustard and cabbage) and gyoza (pan-fried dumplings) in town.
