Hôtel Palais Salam

Tucked away poolside in the lush, expansive gardens of the Hotel Palais Salam, this is the best (only!) place to relax over a cold beer away from the hubbub of the medina. Jutted up against the city ramparts, the crumbling decadence of the grounds are a throwback to a bygone era. The scruffiness only adds to the romance.
