Dokchampa Hotel

The cheaper rooms in the older wing are dark and dingy, but the more expensive newer wing is much better, with large beds, fridge and the usual conveniences (though no TV). The 'breakfast' is very basic. On the plus side, it's quiet.

The hotel has signs advertising itself as a travel service, and the website says something similar, but don't expect much on that front.
