Les Petites Tables

Alpes-de-Haute-Provence

This Provençal restaurant at the Ecomusée l’Olivier near Volx is only open for lunch, but it's well worth a detour (and if you're visiting the museum it's a must). Delicious platters come with a choice of fresh salads cheeses, homemade pastas, soups and other treats – and much of the produce is organic and, of course, makes copious use of olive oil. The little outside terrace is sweet.
