Seasonal cuisine and fine-wine pairings are the name of the game at this classy restaurant under the direction of renowned restaurateurs Karen Therrien and Frédéric Laplante. Québécois oysters, mackerel, lamb and duck share the menu with artisanal cheeses and specialty ingredients such as balsamic-like birch syrup, chanterelle mushrooms and fiddlehead ferns.
All dishes can be ordered as appetizers or main courses, accompanied by sommelier-selected wines ($6 to $16 per glass). The tasting menu is $79 (with wine pairing, add $69). Légende is attached to the Hôtel des Coutellier.
