Writers Bar

Manila

Though British rule in Manila was short-lived (1762–64), you can still get a taste of colonialism with a spot of high tea (P1535 for two) at the Raffles Makati. Based on the original Singapore hotel bar, here you can partake in cucumber sandwiches, scones and pastries served on three-tiered platters and, of course, drink cups of tea.
