An impeccable hotel with beautiful rooms spread over 65 acres; half are on the hillside in an imposing stone mansion and the others down by the cafe fronting a palm-shaded beach. The seaside rooms are superb with whitewashed stone walls and double doors right onto the sands. There's no air-con but you won't need it with the constant sea breeze.
