This deceptively large hotel has a colonial facade, but becomes rather more modern as you enter its enormous courtyard. It boasts inviting rooms, all with quaint touches such as hand-painted sinks, enormous crucifixes over the beds and high, brick-vaulted ceilings. It's excellent value, and the in-house Diligencias restaurant is a good bet too.
