Rotating lazily at one revolution per hour, this decidedly retro tower-top restaurant takes in a 360-degree view. There’s purportedly food involved, but the novelty is the slow-motion sit-and-spin with sunset cocktails at the bar; the food is pure afterthought. In fact, the closing time keeps creeping back to just after dusk – there is a dress code, no shorts etc.
