At this handsomely designed restaurant at the NEOC Twin Pines Camp, enjoy upscale comfort fare (blackened haddock tacos, vegetarian lasagna, pork with pineapple-mango salsa) in a laid-back setting with a great view of Mt Katahdin. It's open year-round, but it's worth checking the latest opening hours online (or on the restaurant's Facebook page). It's signed off the road to Baxter State Park.
It has an all-wood interior, a bar and a big lawn (perfect for kids to burn off some energy before the food arrives).
