Calypso singer Foxy Callwood single-handedly put Jost on the map with this legendary beach bar. He has his own rum distillery on-site, so fresh booze fills the glasses. Rotis, seafood dishes and darn good burgers help soak it up. The best time to catch Foxy crooning is around 10am. Bands rock the stage weekend nights and there are big full-moon parties.
