Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch

Southwestern Utah

This giant log lodge is in a peaceful 160-acre wilderness with trails, a waterfall and outfitter-led hikes and activities. Think rustic, with a happy hippie vibe. Bunk and queen rooms enjoy a communal atmosphere; remodeled out-cabins are more private. The dining room has excellent chef-cooked meals at breakfast and dinner using mostly organic ingredients.
