Thon Hotel Vica

Right from the stuffed brown bear that greets you at the door, the Vica beckons you in. In a timber-built former farmhouse, it used to be a family-run concern and still retains a more personal feel than many other hotels in this chain. There's a sauna (100kr), steaming outdoor hot tub (wonderful in winter when all around is snowcapped) and a good restaurant.
