Sadly, the quality at this four-star castle hotel is nowhere close to that of Otočec to the west. Rooms have beamed ceilings and period furniture, and the huge suites have fireplaces. The setting and lush green surroundings (including golf course) are a delight – it's a pity the dated decor feels so time-warped.
