Andrew Molera State Park Campground

Two-dozen primitive tent sites (no reservations) in a shaded, grassy meadow near the Big Sur River come with firepits and drinking water, but no ocean views. The campground is a quarter mile walk from the parking lot. At the time of research, the campground was closed until further notice due to flood damage.
