Thread your way through the vaulted corridors of the bedesten to reach this restored han (caravanserai) crowded with locals enjoying a cold drink, çay or Türk kahvesi (Turkish coffee). It's the most atmospheric spot in Șanlıurfa for a spot of R & R and a good place to try menengiç kahvesi (a coffee-like drink made from roasted pistachio tree seeds).
