Bold colours and stag antler lights reveal architect Matteo Thun’s imprint at the Museum der Moderne’s ultra-sleek restaurant. There are special views across Salzburg's mountain-backed skyline from the glass-walled restaurant and terrace, and the food is decent (with season-inspired mains such as organic local beef with sautéed porcini), but sadly patchy service lets the show down.
