One of the earliest Sunset Strip bars (it was established in 1994), Café Mambo is a music-geared venue with lots of preclub action, and the warm-up bar of choice for many globally famous DJs. The premises include a stylish twin-deck restaurant terrace (book ahead; minimum spend €70). Drinks are expensive (cocktails around €15); try the sangría de cava.
