The outstanding restaurant at Las Chimeneas guesthouse wows with its excellent Andalucian cooking, made using organic produce from the British owners’ nearby finca, along with local olive oil, ham, cheese and wine. The daily menu gives a choice of three starters and mains (perhaps ajoblanco, rabbit in almond sauce or deliciously fresh tortilla), while the wine list stars up-and-coming alpujarreño labels.
