Arranged by color, its circular racks of coats, dresses, polyester tops and ’90s-era T-shirts take time and determination to conquer. The committed will also find sequin-studded shoes, flannel shirts, hats, handbags, costume jewelry and retro sunglasses. There are other branches in Bushwick, Park Slope and Manhattan.
