Christ Church Cafe

Decorated with Bible quotes, this cafe near Jaffa Gate nurtures a cosy, collegiate atmosphere and is usually brimming with excitable residents of the adjoining guesthouse. Pizza, salads and sandwiches are served until 3.30pm, though the biggest drawcards are perhaps the soft-serve ice cream and the selection of cheesecakes, carrot cake and lemon loaf. A peaceful oasis in the Old City.
