One of Tabaco's neat and serviceable lower midrange options, Gardenia has large, clean doubles, volcano views and a relatively quiet location behind the market. Windowless rooms are quieter than the streetside ones. The in-house Japanese restaurant makes a change from Filipino food and the pier is only three blocks away.
