The Source

Hobart

The Source is an excellent (and not overpriced) restaurant at MONA, named after a painting by John Olsen hanging in the entryway. It's a stylish affair (lots of glass), especially in the evening as the shadows march across the Derwent River just below. Hope the abalone with mushrooms and chicken skin is on the menu.
