Located in a former office building, laid-back Anne has standard wooden bunk beds, modern toilets and showers. There's a cosy lounge too, where a simple breakfast (coffee, toast and eggs) is served free of charge. Staff speak English and sometimes put on cultural events.

Rates are slightly higher on Fridays and Saturdays.
