This renowned restaurant owned by well-known chef Gegè Mangano serves excellent fare amid an intimate setting. The seasonal menu always features good vegetarian options, there's a select wine list and, in summer, tables spill onto the piazza. There are also four suites on-site (from €100), decorated in traditional Pugliese style. Chef Gegè has also opened an informal wine bar nearby.
