Cumulus Inc

Melbourne

Quintessentially Melbourne, Cumulus is famed for its generous slow-roast lamb shoulder. It's all about beautiful produce and artful cooking here, served at the long marble bar and little round tables. Reservations are for groups only. The wine bar upstairs, Cumulus Up, is worth a visit as well – peruse the veritable tome of a wine list and order duck waffles.

Many don't realise that Cumulus Inc also does a phenomenal breakfast, with everything from a Full English to a shakshuka with baked eggs.
