St Ives' boutique burger joint, with an ecofriendly manifesto and an imaginative menu. Go for a 6oz Classic Blasburger, or branch out with a guacamole and corn-salsa-topped Rancheros, or a Smokey with beetroot, aged cheddar and homemade piccalilli (there are plenty of veggie options, too). The owners also run the excellent Halsetown Inn, just outside St Ives.
