Blossoms has the air of an English tearoom downstairs, with its tempting cake display, quaint furniture and cheery ambience. Upstairs is a more modern air-con dining space. The food is uniformly good – from its signature Blossom Bicol exprés to fish rolls, burgers, pasta, pizza, pansit canton (stir-fry noodles) and more.
