Bricks Hotel

With a plum boulevard location and rooms long on both style and comfort, Dumaguete's top hotel is terrific value. The design is shabby chic to the core – scuffed-wood doors, industrial lighting, exposed piping and, of course, plenty of brickwork. Thick mattresses make for an inviting sleep, just avoid the pricier seafront rooms, which are a bit noisy.
