Hillary & Andrew Hostel

It's more of a budget hotel than a backpackers' joint but this is the clear budget standout in Naga, a friendly place with a restaurant-bar, streetside verandah and occasional live music. Cheapest rooms are en suite but tiny and windowless; you only need to pay a bit more for something spacious. It's a short walk from the iconic Naga Cathedral.
