Hill Myna Beach Resort

This place has a prime location in the middle of Sabang Beach and SUP, kayak and and mountain bike rental available. The cottages are on the tatty side, with thin mattresses, but have sea-facing terraces. It's tied up with Sheebang Hostel in Puerto Princesa and serves Sheebang's excellent pizzas in its breezy beachfront restaurant.
