This chilled-out beachfront resort on Honda Bay, about halfway between Puerto Princesa and Roxas, is great for slower-paced travellers heading north to El Nido. The four comfortable cottages have private porches and use native materials; the two closer to the beach, with air-con, are your best bets. Buffet dinners (P450) are delicious, and there's good snorkelling offshore.
The trailhead to Olangoan Falls is just 1km south along the highway and the Underground River in Sabang is a relatively easy day trip. Resident animals include Gina the dog and Mustafa the turkey.
