One of our favorite places to eat on the entire coast, this breezy spot on the far side of the bay is a working scallop farm with a handful of tables right next to the water. It serves a bunch of different seafood dishes but the fresh scallops served natural with lemon and olive oil are phenomenal.
Or try the conchas a la parmesana, which are oven-baked in their shell with a Parmesan covering. There are loungers down by the water if you want to stick around for a few drinks after the meal.
It's located just outside the port inside the Reserva Nacional de Paracas. A taxi here costs around S50 but you can incorporate it into a tour of the peninsula. Come early as it gets windy in the afternoon.
