Dulceria San Martín

Trujillo

This simple family-run affair pulls a crowd for its traditional local desserts, including mazamorra (made from boiled purple corn with dried fruits), crema volteada, tres leches, arroz zambito (a mix of cooked rice and spices) and arroz con leche (made from rice, vanilla and milk). For the most part they're not overly sweet, which makes it easy to try more than one.
