Tumi is one of those mid-range big city hotels that lures you in with a plush lobby and then plants you in slightly darker, less inspiring rooms. The overall picture, however, isn’t bad, with a fancy spa, a bright lounge space on the 4th floor and a modern restaurant that sometimes offers sushi. Aimed more at business travelers than backpackers.
