Touting 'cocina de autor,' this stylish shoebox of a restaurant serves beautifully plated food, but in its mass production it might not quite live up to gourmet standards. The fare is classic Andean – including grilled trout, shredded pork and wallpa chupe (a chicken-tomato stew). There are also soups and causas (creamy potato dishes).
