Yaku

Ayacucho

First things first: enthusiastically run Yaku is not just a bar with a lovely balcony overlooking the Plaza de Armas: it's a live-music venue, it's a restaurant, it brews its own beer, it has table football – and its owners are ever-developing more plans. There are some of Ayacucho's best burgers (S15 to S20) here, too: wolf down a 'Cancún' (with guacamole).

Fridays and Saturdays are rock-music nights. If you want to go on to someplace wilder afterwards, staff here will tell you where.
